You'll find an extensive selection of dumbbells ranging from light to heavy, alongside weight plates, barbells, and multi-adjustable benches. One entire wall is lined with mirrors, allowing you to check your form and technique to perform exercises safely and effectively. Our free weights room caters to all training needs, featuring a squat rack, smith machine, and cable machine for a complete strength-training experience.

Our Cardio Room is a bright, spacious area designed to keep your heart pumping and your energy high. Equipped with a variety of state-of-the-art machines—including treadmills, stationary bikes, cross trainers, ski ergos and rowing machines—it caters to all fitness levels and training goals. Each machine features digital displays to track your performance, this makes the room an ideal space for endurance training, fat-burning, and warm-up routines.

Group Fitness Studio

Our Group Fitness Studio is a dynamic and welcoming space designed to energize and motivate. With a spacious layout and cushioned flooring, it’s perfect for a wide range of classes—from high-intensity workouts and dance to yoga and Pilates. Every class is led by a skilled instructor who guides you through each session, ensuring proper technique and motivation. When classes aren’t running, the room is also available for your own stretching and workouts, providing a flexible space to focus on your personal fitness goals.

Functional Zone

Our Functional Training Zone is the ultimate space for building strength, power, and agility through dynamic, full-body movements. Featuring a dedicated sled track for pushing and pulling, this area is perfect for boosting functional strength and cardiovascular conditioning. You’ll also find a variety of wall balls and sandbags, ideal for explosive movements, endurance training, and improving coordination. The open layout is designed to challenge athletes of all levels, offering everything you need to push your limits and build functional strength.
